How we handle entrant data.
We collect only what we need to run the awards, review entries, process payments, and reply to people who contact us.
What we collect
When you submit an entry, we collect your name, email address, country, entrant type, category choice, work title, written statements, AI disclosure, media links, uploaded files, confirmations, payment status, and internal review notes.
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you send. We also receive basic technical information that web servers normally process, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.
Why we use it
We use this information to administer submissions, check eligibility, prepare entries for review, handle payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests, publish results, and keep records connected to the awards cycle.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. This website stores payment references and status, but it does not store full card numbers.
Who sees it
Awards administrators can see submission records. Jurors may see the work, entrant credit, category, media links, uploaded assets, creative statements, and AI disclosure needed for judging.
We may use hosting, database, storage, email, and payment providers to operate the site. We do not sell entrant data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Retention and requests
We keep submission and payment records for the awards cycle, results archive, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as they are useful for support and administration.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data where the law gives you that right. Some records may need to be kept for payment, legal, or awards integrity reasons.
